I was able to use the LightRanger 1200 during a recent hunting trip. The light blinded my buddy when I turned it on. I didn't warn him about it. The battery life is pretty decent. The filters are awesome. It really reduces the bright light, but still leaves plenty of light. I did not get a chance to use the motion sensor this trip.
