1. Eligibility

The Devos x Marsupial Before First Light Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Devos Brands LLC (the "Sponsor"), its promotional partners Marsupial Gear and Mossy Oak (the "Promotional Partners"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on November 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries and bonus entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit devosoutdoor.com/pages/fall-giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with your first name, last name and a valid email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry form submission per person and per email address. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts or devices to obtain additional entries.

After submitting the entry form, entrants may earn bonus entries as described on the entry page, including:

• Providing a mobile number: five (5) bonus entries. Providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.
• Referrals: three (3) bonus entries for each eligible person who enters using the entrant's unique referral link. There is no limit on referral bonus entries.
• Instagram post: five (5) bonus entries, limit one (1), for a public Instagram post that tags the person shown, tags @devosoutdoor and @marsupialgear, and uses #LightUpYourBuddy. Entrants may tag only people who appear in the photo and must have their permission to post it. The Sponsor may disqualify any post it finds offensive, defamatory or inappropriate.
• Following @devosoutdoor and @marsupialgear on Instagram: one (1) bonus entry each.

Incomplete entries, or entries generated by script, bot, macro or other automated means, are void.

5. Prizes

Eleven (11) prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize (1): one (1) LightRanger 2000 (ARV $249.99), one (1) LightRanger Motion Sensor (ARV $59.99), one (1) Marsupial Gear Pod, Large (ARV $200.00), one (1) LightRanger 500 (ARV $79.99), one (1) Devos x Marsupial Mossy Oak Bottomland Zipperoo pouch (ARV $16.00), and one (1) $250 Mossy Oak digital gift card (ARV $250.00). Total Grand Prize ARV: $855.97.

First Prizes (10): each winner receives one (1) LightRanger 500 (ARV $79.99), one (1) Devos x Marsupial Mossy Oak Bottomland Zipperoo pouch (ARV $16.00), and one (1) Marsupial x Mossy Oak Zippered Pouch (ARV $45.00). ARV of each First Prize: $140.99. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $1,409.90.

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,265.87.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Prizes ship only to addresses in the 50 United States and D.C. The gift card is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Actual value may differ from ARV at the time of award, and any difference will not be awarded. No cash or prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries, including bonus entries, received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 13, 2026, the Sponsor will select eleven (11) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The first entry drawn wins the Grand Prize and the next ten (10) win First Prizes. Potential winners will be notified by email, and by text message if they provided a mobile number, within five (5) days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond and return any required declaration of eligibility, liability and publicity release within fifteen (15) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are not received because of spam filters, security settings or incorrect contact information. Prizes will ship within about four (4) weeks after a winner is confirmed.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER, AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other prize-related expenses not listed in these rules. The Grand Prize winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the full ARV of the Grand Prize.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant the Sponsor and the Promotional Partners, and those acting on their behalf, the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, consent or compensation, to use your entry, any Instagram post submitted for bonus entries, and, if you win, your name, city and state, likeness, voice and statements about the Sweepstakes in any media worldwide for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes.

10. Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, the Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received before the action was taken. The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who violates these Official Rules, and may void entries for any of these reasons, including multiple entries from the same person through different email addresses, accounts, IP addresses or devices, or entries submitted by bots, macros or scripts. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Promotional Partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes or your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a state or federal court located in Utah. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses of entering, and waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy and Communications

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You will receive text messages from the Sponsor only if you provide a mobile number and check the separate text message consent box. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your information will be shared with Marsupial Gear only if you check the separate Marsupial opt-in box on the entry form.

14. Winners List

For a list of winners, email marketing@devosbrands.com with the subject line "Before First Light Giveaway Winners" by December 31, 2026. The list will be available after December 1, 2026.

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Devos Brands LLC, 752 N 2250 W, Unit A, Springville, UT 84663, United States. The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor using the ViralSweep platform.

16. Social Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. By entering, you release each of these platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes, and you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any of these platforms.
