Products purchased before April 1, 2026
Products purchased before April 1, 2026 remain subject to the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase, including the prior 1-Year Limited Warranty where applicable.
Third-Party / Partner Products
Some products sold on DevosOutdoor.com are fulfilled and shipped by third-party brand partners, including products offered through Shopify Collective or other dropship arrangements.
These products are not covered by the Devos Outdoor Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page. Warranty coverage, support, and claims for those items are provided by the original manufacturer or supplying brand and are subject to that company’s own warranty terms, policies, and processes.

Where Warranty Service Is Provided
United States
Warranty support for eligible Devos-branded products purchased from Devos Outdoor or an authorized retailer is provided directly by Devos.
International
For eligible Devos-branded products purchased through an authorized international distributor or retailer, warranty service may be handled by the original seller or local distributor, depending on the region.
Limited Warranty Terms
1. Who This Warranty Covers
Devos, LLC (“Devos”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that eligible Devos Outdoor products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period. This warranty is not transferable.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase shown on a valid receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty period is two (2) years for the eligible Devos-branded products listed above and purchased on or after April 1, 2026.
3. What Devos Will Do
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Devos may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the product or part with a new or refurbished equivalent
- Provide replacement parts for installation, where appropriate
Any repaired or replaced product or part will assume the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or appearance changes that do not affect function
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, improper installation, or improper maintenance
- Use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories, chargers, batteries, power sources, or improper charging practices
- Water intrusion or water damage beyond the product’s stated rating
- Theft, loss, or missing parts not reported at delivery
- Corrosion, including corrosion caused by environmental exposure
- Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers or identifying marks, where applicable
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Third-party or partner products not expressly covered by Devos
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name or model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video of the issue, if available
Devos may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product for inspection before approving a claim. If return or inspection is required, Devos will provide instructions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, including loss of use, loss of time, loss of data, or inconvenience.
7. Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the express warranty stated above. Some states or countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply.
Returns
Returns apply only to products purchased directly from Devos Outdoor. If you purchased from another retailer, distributor, or partner brand, please contact the original seller and follow their return policy.
For eligible direct purchases from Devos Outdoor:
- Returned products may be refunded to the original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
