Starlink Mini Mount for LightRanger
Take your connectivity to new heights with the Starlink Mini Mount for LightRanger! Designed to seamlessly integrate into the LightRanger ecosystem, these innovative mounting solutions allows you to elevate your Starlink Mini for optimal performance.
This mount is compatible with the Starlink Mini Pipe Adapter Mount (currently included with Starlink Mini), making setup even more convenient. Options include:
- LightRanger Starlink Mount: for attaching to the top of the LightRanger 800, 1200, 2000 or 4000.
- Starlink Pole Mount: for mounting the Starlink Mini to the LightRanger Pole. Made from machined aluminum and built to last.
These solutions are ideal for any vehicle based adventure or work in the backcountry. It’s the perfect way to enhance your LightRanger setup.
Important Note: Starlink slightly changed their adapter in April 2025. The LightRanger mount is compatible with all versions. Our pole mount is for Starlink Mini versions bought prior to April 2025.
Safety Guidelines:
- Max Height: We do not recommend extending the pole more than 6ft.
- Terrain: Always use on level ground.
- Stabilization: Secure the pole with stakes at all times.

Starlink Mini Mount LightRanger Starlink Mount
Already clutch after just a few uses. We like to park the van in the shade, but trees usually block our Starlink Mini. Not anymore. We just pop the dish on a Devos tripod and point it skyward!

Starlink Mini Mount Starlink Pole Mount
Specific model or size should be on the site to recognize on the mount for the starlink or maybe the generation for the starlink to help the buyer which mounts they need it.

The starlink mount makes so much easier I don’t have to sit it on top of my rig anymore and can lock it up inside when not in use, and helps getting out in the open so it can receive the signal

Starlink Mini Mount LightRanger Starlink Mount
So the Devos Starlink mini adapter seems to fit the original pipe adapter that came with my new Starlink Mini. The adapter seems plenty strong and holds firmly once the set screw is turned into it. I would recommend this component. Remember to use guy wires on your tripod if there's wind or more likely clumsy people or animals 🤣

Starlink Mini Mount LightRanger Starlink Mount
Poorly designed and cheap 3D printed part.
- Plastic hole the pin goes through broke on first use
- mount doesn't sit flush on lightranger2000
- pin doesn't seat far enough in, which creates additional issues
- Wobbles a lot ....
Better option is to not buy, remove the light, but use the tripod. Add a larger bolt to the mount that comes with mini and connect directly to the Devos tripod.

Starlink Mini Mount LightRanger Starlink Mount
I have not had the chance to use this yet with the Starlink but I have mounted onto the light. It secures with a spring-loaded pin that can't be lost, and operates intuitively.
