Another game-changing innovation for your portable lighting ecosystem, the LightRanger Motion Sensor gives your LightRanger lantern intelligence to turn on and illuminate an area when it senses motion around it. Simply plug in the motion sensor to the USB-C port, select your desired light settings and your LightRanger now provides added safety and security around camp, by your backyard grill, or anywhere else you use your light.
Compatibility: NOW Integrates with LightRanger 2000, LightRanger 1200 USB-C models, AND LightRanger 800 with serial number C123 (late 2023 / early 2024 and newer)
- 360 degree infrared sensing provides added safety and security for any area

LightRanger Motion Sensor
This is a must-have—especially at night when nature calls! Instead of fumbling around in the dark trying to find your flashlight, just step outside and the light turns on automatically. It’s super convenient and makes nighttime trips so much easier.

LightRanger Motion Sensor
It works as advertised. My only concern is that the rubber arms that grip the pole are attached using pins. This allows them to pivot which is fine, but the pins are not retained at all. They fall out if the sensor is held upside down. Be careful setting it up in grass.
